My work centres on the theme of decay, exploring the transformative impact of time on our personal lives, the structures we create, and the societies we inhabit.
I am particularly fascinated by decay as a metaphor for the pervasive social, moral, and environmental decline that we witness daily—a consequence of the relentless pursuit of growth and the influence of capitalism. The physical process of decay becomes a powerful symbol, reflecting the consequences of our unyielding drive for progress at any cost.
Currently, I am focused on capturing the intricacies of rust, urban decay, and the materiality of industrial environments. Alongside this, I have developed a growing interest in glitch art as a form of digital decay—where corrupted data and technological breakdowns mirror the fragility of our systems and the impermanence of the digital age.
