10-Week Abstract Painting Program – Coming 2027

Take a deeper dive into abstract painting with Tony Wild in this 10-week studio program exploring oil, cold wax and abstraction.

Building on the processes Tony uses in his own practice, the program will explore layering, mark-making, texture, reduction, composition and the development of ideas across a body of work.

Each week will combine demonstrations, experimentation and time to develop your own paintings, with Tony providing guidance and feedback as the work progresses. Rather than following a fixed formula, the emphasis will be on understanding the materials, developing your own visual language and discovering where the process takes you.

The program is suitable for people with some painting experience, including anyone who has completed Tony’s introductory workshop and wants to explore oil and cold wax in greater depth.
