Descent into Ruin, 2025 | Original Painting
In this work, I explore the idea that everything is temporary — even the structures we build. In this case, a crumbling concrete wall, marked by rust, grime and time. I’m drawn to how these materials break down and shift, creating their own patterns and colours. What interests me most is how the process of decay can transform something ordinary, into something quietly beautiful.
